It’s in the centre of a beautiful fishing village, a stones throw from pubs, restaurants and beautiful shops around the harbour. Our refurbished and stylish home with log burner has 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles (one en-suite) and one bunk bed. We welcome well behaved dogs who get their own outdoor shower! Sheerwater Holiday Home in Downderry is a detached property with it's own private entrance. Downderry is nestled between the old medieval harbour of Portwrinkle and the fishing village of Looe. The quiet beach is around 400m away, mainly known only to locals. Upon entering the property you have a fully fitted kitchen/diner/lounge and a bathroom with a shower. A former 17th century pilchard palace, tastefully transformed into a boutique beach house, offering luxurious home comforts, with spectacular sea views. This unique property stands on the beach and is literally in the sea at high tide! Although sleeping 10, we recommend no more than 8 adults plus 2 children.
