Horton farm cottage located on 40 acres.

Located a few hundred feet from the Iris gardens at Horton farm, a six acre garden space with over 1400 Iris varieties. Bloom season is April and May. The cottage was built in 1945 on my family's heritage farm. She's located next to the old barn alongside a small Creek. Inside you'll find a fresh colorful landscape of hand made cabinets, concrete countertops and furniture. The heated and Polished concrete floor is ready for farm life. You'll be delighted in the vintage items and local artwork.

Come and relax at “The Double MK Ranch” overlooking the vineyard of Dono Dal Cielo. Centrally located between I-80 and Hwy 65 and set within Placer County wine trail. We have two spaces (same price) just specify which room you want to stay in. Our Romantic Suite is attached to the Theater Game Room which is EXCLUSIVE to the Suite. Our additional space is a Tiny Home- full kitchen, full bath and a queen Murphy bed. If the Suite is NOT rented the Tiny home renter WILL have access to the Game Room

Welcome to our Little Red Barn in rural Loomis. We love this area because we are surrounded by hundreds of destinations worth exploring. Whether you're interested in CA history, white water rafting, lazy lake days, skiing in Tahoe, farm to fork, or fine dining, then our Little Red Barn is a perfect jumping off location. Our barn features a completely remodeled guest suite located on the second floor. The suite has a private entrance and deck overlooking our but growing mini farm.

Plus, not far from the mountains, making this the perfect home base for rafting, hiking, or skiing. Welcome to Loomis! We love our darling little town. We are so close to everything and surrounded by nature, hiking, breweries & Wineries and shopping. We are 2 hours from Tahoe and 2 hours from San Francisco. Our newly built 400 square foot studio space is above our Garage/Barn. There is a staircase and may be challenging for those with children or disabilities.
