With a sauna, screened in porch, new grill and big deck, you can't go wrong. Boredom is not an option! With numerous wineries and craft breweries within twenty minutes, keep busy or not! Situated right off Hwy 126-easy day trip to the coast. Note: Lake is drained from ~mid-Oct to mid-April.

L & D North House - A Serene Waterfront Getaway

Highly desirable waterfront home located on Fern Ridge Reservoir in Veneta. This bright home has distinctive woodwork with lots of original charm & craftsmanship throughout. Large deck overseeing the reservoir; private dock included with property. The master suite has a spacious walk-in closet and private bathroom w/ a jetted tub and shower. The upstairs offers two loft bedrooms, one with a private bathroom with a shower. Just outside of Eugene, a 25 min drive to Hayward Field or Autzen Stadium.

Lake Cabin w/Dock, Florence OR Coast Beach Woahink

Overlook this protected arm of the Lake from the living room or walk down to the private dock and jump in. This cabin is a true getaway - so come and work and school remotely - easily sleeping two families with three bedrooms and two baths. 3 miles to Florence. Great Wifi but no TV. Driveway is steep & parking is limited. Cannot accommodate large trailers or RVs. Each dog charge is $25/day. Sorry No cats. Saunders Lakefront Retreat 600ft from Dunes

Lakefront home on Saunder’s Lake. Located 600ft from the dune entrance and a five minute ATV ride to the beach. Purchased property to build new home in a few years. We enjoy staying there so much that we decided to rent out the current older mobile as an opportunity to stay lakefront 600ft from the sand until construction begins for a fraction of what the price will be after we build. Please keep in mind that this is an older mobile as the price reflects so don’t expect a newly remodeled home.
