Lovely, big house with swimming pool, big terraces and large garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 couples/families who want to relax. The std rate is for max 7 persons, but we will allow 10 (ask price). Quiet area. The house is located in Alburquerque about 15 min (13 km) from Tagbilaran City. The plot borders the sea! Built 2012. 30 minutes from Panglao/Alona/Airport and close to all Bohol's touristspots. 3 bedrooms with A/C, 3 bathrooms with shower (2 with HOT water). 220 sqm. Very clean pool. Welcome!

There is a small garden beside the house where you can pick some vegetables in season . Kitchen is also complete with ref, microwave, induction cooker, heater and utensils. Food is also available at a reasonable price. Other activities: firefly watching, kayaking and biking. Internet connection is also fast and is ideal for work from home set up.
