In juli & augustus per week! Ons unieke huis staat op een landtong met aan 2 kanten water. Centraal gelegen tussen Amsterdam en Utrecht. In de omgeving zijn jachthavens en recreatiewoningen. Vanaf de weg loop je naar het pontje, waarmee je zelf naar het huisje vaart. Het huis is alleen per vlot/boot bereikbaar. Het huis heeft een tuin, houten steigers en zitjes. Binnen is het huis van alle gemakken voorzien: er is vloerverwarming, airco en Wifi. Boven zijn 2 slaapkamers, 2e toilet en badkamer.

It is a quiet street next to the vibrant 'Lombok' area. This makes it the ideal place to stay and discover Utrecht by foot. Out of respect for the neighbours parties are not allowed. Amsterdam can easily visit by train. This only takes you a 10 min walk and 25min train to Amsterdam Central station !

Een gezellig huis aan het water, dicht bij Amsterdam. Met gratis parkeren voor de deur. Wandelbossen aan de overkant van de straat, Loosdrechtse plassen met bootverhuur en strandjes heel dichtbij. Binnen een half uurtje ben je in hartje Amsterdam of Utrecht. Uniek is de lichte woonkeuken met rondom grote ramen en openslaande deuren naar het terras. Vrij uitzicht op zwanen, eenden, meerkoetjes. En ‘s avonds plof je neer bij de open haard.

The backhouse is what we offer for rent: this used to be the stables in the old days and is now a big, open space with an upstairs. The cottage is located on the river Amstel, only 15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike from the vibrant center of Amsterdam. The cottage overlooks meadows on all sides. It is next to the owners house, but offers a lot of privacy. The cottage has a nice terrace that overflows into the garden.
