The area is perfect for walking, boating, cycling and sightseeing. Chichester, Portsmouth, and Goodwood are nearby as well as the award winning beaches of West Witterings.

Self contained Annex, suitable for short or long stay close to Waterlooville town centre and 2 minutes from A3 routes to London, Guildford and Southampton. Local area consists of shops, restaurants, supermarket and pub all within a short walk. The Annex is self contained with TV, WiFi, Netflix, powerful shower and all necessities for a relaxing stay such as tea, coffee, milk, and a continental breakfast if required. Rose cottage is finished to a high standard and well equipped for your stay, there is free parking & wifi.

There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.
