Huoneistossa on tällä hetkellä kertakäyttömaskeja vieraille. Cozy apartment with one bedroom, living room, bathroom and sauna. About 1,5 kilometers from the city center. It's nice walk to the city. 1 km to the Ounasvaara ski resort and outdoor aktivities. Public transpotition is not very good (in this area), I can help you with the timetable. From the city center buses are running f.ex to Santa Claus Village. Best way to get around easily, is rent a car. I have a parking place for you.

Varustus sopii hyvin pidempäänkin majoitukseen. Sänky on kahdelle ja sohvasta saa tehtyä lisävuoteen kahdelle henkilölle. Vuodesohvan leveys 140cm. Vuodesohvassa oma sijauspatja, jolloin siinäkin on mukava nukkua. Ilmoita haluatko, että vuode tehdään sohvaan valmiiksi. Autopaikka saatavilla. Se maksaa 5€/majoitus.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Nauti kaupunkilomasta ja/tai etätyöstä tässä siistissä ja mukavassa kaksiossa, joka on vain kivenheiton päässä ydinkeskustasta ja kaikki palvelut lähellä. Ounasvaaran huikeat ulkoilumaastot heti joen toisella puolella. Kemijoen rantaan, kaupungin pääkirkkoon ja Alvar Aalto-keskukseen vain pari sataa metriä. Lähin ravintola samassa talossa, ruokakauppaankin vain 350 metriä. Tässä asunnossa auto on tarpeeton, mutta tarjoamme ilmaisen parkkipaikan aivan asunnon lähialueella.
