3-room apartment in a quiet area. Good public transport connections nearby, 5 minutes walking distance. The garden and outdoor area are a nice place to relax. Extra attention has been paid to all the details that can make your stay a good experience. Two large queen-size double beds, a cozy sofa for watching TV or relaxing on, or gatherings around the table for meals. When you open the window, you can hear the sound of the Sagelva flowing directly below. The birds also chirp actively sometimes.

Kun et steinkast til nyere utendørs treningsapparater og fotballbane. 63-busse tar deg til Grorud på 5 minutter, hvor T-bane 4 og 5 frakter deg til sentrum på ca. 21 minutter. Romsås senter med butikker, apotek og T-bane er 10 minutters spasertur unna.

Big&bright duplex by the woods, close to downtown.

A unique half of a duplex situated only a 15 minute subway ride from downtown, with the Ostmarka forrest reserve close by. The reserve offers good opportunities for swimming, hiking and fishing. The house is spacious, newly renovated and features a charming garden w/ outdoor fireplace and an outdoor kitchen. The area is quiet and family friendly. There is a supermarket and restaurants close by. Nb: the prize is reduced to compensate for taking care of our cat (and mowing the lawn if needed).

Leiligheten har en perfekt beliggenhet om man er ute etter Oslos vinter-tilbud. Med Lillomarka utenfor dørterskelen og Oslo skisenter som nabo kommer du ikke nærmere byen, marka og fjellet på en gang. Her kan du spenne på deg skiene utenfor døren så er du i Lillomarka eller spasere bort til Oslo skisenter og stå alpint med Oslos fineste utsikt. Skiheisen er kun et par hundre meter unna. Oslo sentrum ligger 7 min kjøretur unna, det går 24 timers busslinje til Oslo sentrum. Nybygget i 2017

Cosy and modern apartment with two bedrooms, one room with a double bed and one room with single pull-out bed. 2 minutes walk from the metro station Bergkrystallen. Metro nr 4 and 1 have 8 tours every hour until 1900 in evening, after 1900 metro no 4 has four tours every hour. Grocery store close by with long opening hours (0600-2400). Free street parking in area. I prefer to rent out when I am away, but I can also rent out a room for 1-2 persons, in this case we can discuss the price.

Charming old house, family friendly

Nice old house, modern interior with three bedrooms, two living rooms, spacious kitchen, one bathroom and many other rooms. Nice green garden. Located in a quiet neighbourhood with very good public transport, Oslo center is 20min by the nearby tube, busses or train. In the area you can go hiking in the woods, skiing in the winter, or walk along the Alna river which runs a five hundred meters behind the house. Previously we had only the upper floor out, now it is both floors.

Cosy family house between Oslo and the forest

Cosy family house, free parking 40m from the house, 3 bed rooms, 2 bath rooms, everything you need for family and friends. Nature, forest and 3 different lakes at walking distance where it is possible to swim 2-15 min from the house. Oslo city center at 20 min with public transport or within 15min with bikes. Games, bicycle for kids etc. Perfect familly vacations or visiting friend in Oslo. Each guest is responsible for cleaning - means zero cleaning fee!

Home away from home, close to Oslo

Small apartment in the basement of a detached house, 35 square meters with fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, bedroom and own entrance and also access to private fitness room. You will also have access to TV and wifi. The apartment har waterborne underfloor heating in all rooms, and also electronic door lock on the front door. The apartment is fireproof against the main part of the house and is equipped with smoke alarms and fire extinguishers.
