New house 2022 by the river just outside David in Los Algarrobos. Close to the airport, Boquete, Volcan and it is only a few Kms away from Federal Mall in David. This house has all new appliances and furniture, over 600 mbps internet, over 200 channels, and HBO. The house has a huge kitchen, washer and dryer, two washrooms with showers and hot water. The water is filtered throughout the house. The backyard of the house is a river. There is a neighborhood security guard from 6pm to 6 am.

Access road is paved and 4WD is NOT neccessary
