Nuevo estudio con impresionantes vistas a un paso de la Playa de Las Canteras. Pequeño pero completo y acogedor, y con muchas comodidades. La terraza es de uso privado y exclusivo de los huéspedes del estudio! La ocupación máxima es de 2 adultos, durmiendo en el cómodo sofá-cama, y por sus características, no es apto para personas con movilidad reducida o niños pequeños. Nuestros huéspedes podrán disfrutar de las vistas y del sonido de las olas. No hay mejor música para relajarse y descansar!

Die ca 45 m2 große Höhle mit Anbau ist über 100 Jahre alt und wurde im Sommer 2022 zu neuem Leben erweckt und liebevoll als Ferienwohnung renoviert. Die komfortable Ausstattung lässt FAST keine Wünsche offen (Achtung WLAN vorhanden, KEIN TV!! ;-)

Welcome to our beloved country house! Las Regaderas is a newly reformed typical canarian house full of tradition. In our cottage you could find lots of trees and flowers and a marvelous sunbathing zone with a private pool in the outside. There is also a big barbecue zone right next to the house. Our cottage is far enough to enjoy nature and quietness but less than 5 minutes by car from the city of Arucas. Ideal for visiting the north of the island.

The Black House (Between sea and mountains)

The black house is located in a picturesque neighbourhood in the municipality of Arucas. It is a quiet place with few inhabitants, far from crowds and at the same time, a few minutes away, close to all services: supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, shopping centers etc. It particularly has views of the sea and the mountains, ideal as a starting point to visit the island, the incorporation to the highway in all directions is 5 minutes away.
