Lovely private 1879 Victorian built by Lompoc founder W.W. Broughton - with fully stocked kitchen, living room/ dining room, laundry room, full bathroom, back yard (lawn mowed Tuesdays, watering/ gardening is done generally in the mornings, cable TV, internet, set in spacious, beautifully manicured Victorian Gardens. Reservation includes two bedrooms with queen beds. Note: Entrance stairs may be difficult for those with limitations. No pets. Two triplexes with six renters are also on property.

Eagle Creek Ranch 1/2 Block from Bell Street

Eagle Creek Ranch is my special place. I fell in love with it on my first visit and I knew it was for me. I decided, after spending the last few months pouring my heart into the property, the ranch house and the Saloon, that I wanted to share it with others. The wifi is good, there is lots of parking, you can invite friends for dinner and you might even see the resident bobcat and fox through every day. You’re a 10 second walk from downtown Bell Street. Small gatherings allowed w/ permission.

Charming retreat in the Santa Ynez Valley just a few miles from downtown Los Olivos. Perched atop a hill, our stay offers stunning views of the Santa Ynez Valley and privacy, yet close proximity to town, shopping, and wine tasting. Located on a ranch set amid sprawling oaks with a few farm animals to enjoy, including donkeys, a goat, sheep, and geese. Our chicken coop is nearby (no roosters!) so that you can even enjoy collecting your own chicken eggs during the spring and summer.
