Walk or bike to Butterfly Beach or Coast Village Road for many dining and shopping options. This studio is perfect for a single or couple looking for a getaway in the Santa Barbara/Montecito area. We installed blow-in, acoustic insulation in September 2022 for your quiet enjoyment. There’s a king bed, futon-like bed for kids, flat screen tv, kitchenette, patio, 2 bikes, wifi, and free parking for one car. We allow one, medium-sized dog however, we ask that you do not leave them during your stay.
