Newer construction 3 bed 2 bath condo in the best gated development in Costa Rica. 25 min from Liberia airport. Walk out your patio 25 steps to the pool and Poolside bar and grill. The complex has 4 pools and a hot tub. The pools have shallow areas and large steps and there is a separate baby pool. The development also has 2 great supermarkets at the entrance to the development. There is also 24/7 security. 10 min walk to restaurants and beach. Easy, close parking with golf cart plug-in.

This very nice condo with a nice spacious balcony is at the top floor from a 3 store building on a safe in closed property with 8 apts . , and available for rental again after being occupied full time . Perfect property for a family or couples. On top of the property you can enjoy the pool and huge patio with ocean view and spectacular sunsets . Great area for grilling and hanging out . It is in a quiet neighborhood at walking distance to the beach, public transport, and the center of town .
