Barndominium nestled on acreage in Cave Springs. Features large deck and patio that backs up to a large wooded lot. All of this is less than 3 miles from a plethora of upscale shopping and dining establishments, Walmart Amp, Top Golf, Rogers Convention Center and the Pinnacle shopping area all under 5 minutes away. XNA airport and Osage house are under 7 miles and downtown Bentonville under 8. We live on the same property in a separate house, that is not facing the Barndominium.

We seek to explore world class trails, epic waterfalls, beautiful trees & great dining so we picked this adorable cabin as our family getaway for a reason & we are here to share it with YOU! Relax in hammocks on a tree top patio overlooking the forest. Pedal 1 min to a downhill section of the Back40. Pedal 15 min / hike 45 min down the Back40 to the Pinion Creek waterfall and get wet! This special place is close to everything, INTERSTATE 49 is within one mile, (three miles to Razorback Stadium/Bud Walton & U of A campus, five miles to Dickson Street). With a pool (in season, May-September open/close dates vary, new hot tub that seats 6 and new GRILL with a tent to cover if it rains. Enjoy the waterfall (in season) near the Cabana and TIKI Bar. Inside is just as cozy. If you plan on bringing your dog, please let me know (limit 2 max).

This charming lake home is nestled in a wooded area of Beaver Lake and has it's own private, saltwater pool. The pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. A gorgeous lake view is seen from the living room, bedroom and front deck. Lake access is available 2 miles away on our family- owned private property to enjoy fishing, kayaking, and swimming. We are within minutes of hiking trails, War Eagle Mill, Hobbs State Park and 20 minutes from Rogers.

Trailhead Tree House is a spacious, 2,800 sq ft home, with a private hot tub, nestled at the end of a quiet cul de sac with a private pathway that directly connects to the Tunnel Vision mountain biking/ walking trail. Large back deck looks out on a two story tree house and fire pit, wood provided. Down stairs family room with TV, wet bar, game room and ample space for spreading out. Garage has pool/ ping pong table, bike work stand with tools.

Eureka Springs Cabin & More-King Bed + Hot Tub

This cabin is comfortably modern (reno in 2019) with a nod to the historic cabins found near national parklands. Just steps from a private trail, the cabin features a King Bed and Jacuzzi Tub. Covered porches allow you to relax under the pines no matter what the weather. Amenities: Cable TV, In-room refrig & micro, coffee pot, climate control, on-site parking, community campfire/hammocks. Dogs are welcome for an additional pet fee.

Hang out with family around the firepit or great for the traveling business person. Our splash pool will be open from 1 May through 30 Aug.
