Toll Bar House is a beautiful grade II listed cottage located in Gargrave on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. It can comfortably cater for couples, a small family or a group of friends wanting to relax or explore the amazing surroundings. The cosy lounge has exposed beams and a wood burning stove. Hidden away, at the rear of High Meadow House, in the rural village of Cononley, this pretty stone cottage is an idyllic retreat for two and has everything you need for a relaxing stay and only minutes into the Yorkshire Dales. There are many beautiful walks in the village, along the river and canal. It also has two pubs and a village shop along with a train station linking it to Skipton and the Dales.

In the Weaving Shed of an attractive former textile mill, on the Pennine Way in North Yorkshire. The small rural valley of Lothersdale is five miles from Skipton and on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We offer bikes, many country walks, and the excellent water comes from an aquifer (no chemical treatment). Popular tourist towns of Skipton and Haworth are nearby. * Shed End and my other place, The Workshop, are in the same building.

1855 Wash House, Town Centre Studio Cottage

The 1855 Wash House is a studio cottage, located within a minutes walk from Skipton High Street. It is on one level apart from one step down into the kitchen. The studio is situated at the rear of a Victorian terrace within the owners garden. There is an outdoor flagged area for guests with sheltered seating for 2. There is a permit parking space at the front of the cottage. Several early morning opening cafes are close by and Marks and Spencers Simply food is just around the corner.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!
