The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a Nespresso coffee machine with assorted capsules to start your day with energy. The bright and cozy living area features a large Smart TV with Netflix access, high-speed Wi-Fi connection, and a spacious sofa. Another highlight is the 100 m2 terrace. and the BBQ, where you can have lunch and relax. The villa is completely independent and out of sight of prying eyes. The park with olive, cherry and apricot trees is approximately 7,000 m2.
