Tipperary and the trail is approximately 43 kilometres long. We are 5 minutes to Clare Glens, 10 minutes to Newport town and Murroe Village which hosts Glenstal Abbey, 34 minutes to Limerick city, 30 minutes to the scenic village of Killaloe,46 minutes to Shannon and 2 hours to Dublin Airport. Tea/Coffee and welcome breakfast pack provided on arrival.

This newly refurbished self-contained studio apartment is attached to our house with it's own separate private entrance and is less than 5 minutes from Shannon Airport - very convenient for late arrivals or early departures. The location is great as it is close to many tourist attractions and golf clubs. The Cliffs of Moher and West Clare beaches are around 45 minutes drive away. Dromoland, Lahinch, Doonbeg, Shannon and many more Golf Courses are all within easy commuting distance.

You have a deck with outdoor furniture and BBQ which overlooks our chicken run, friendly dogs and 2 donkeys also on site. Situated on the Wild Atlantic Way and only a 10 min walk to catch the sun set on Galway Bay; with the Burren on our door step and 45 min drive to the Cliffs of Moher. Galway City (gateway to Connemara) is 20 mins drive. Lovely walks nearby.

We want to welcome you to our beautifully restored 2 storey 200 year old country lodge located 3 minutes drive from the pretty tourist village of Adare which is renowned for its thatched cottages, wide range of restaurants and pubs and a variety of shops and boutiques. This stand alone lodge is surrounded by its beautifully manicured lawns and gardens and has its own private entrance with ample parking. It is completely self contained and our guests will have complete privacy.

Bridgies Cottage

Bridgies Cottage is situated in the seaside village of Cave, just 2 miles from Clarinbridge, It is a traditional thatched cottage, which has been renovated inside but still keeping most of the old charm and character. The view is amazing , The cottage can sleep 5 adults and 2 kids. , I will provide home made scones on arrival, and will have the fridge well filled ! I live next door so any queries you may have will be dealt with immedietly.

There is a wrap around sheltered decking area to have morning coffee or evening drinks along with a private entrance and parking. It is a home from home, cosy and welcoming. We provide a welcome package of breakfast items such as a selection of cereals, yogurt, jams, home baked scones, teas and coffee, instant and cafetière.
