The Annexe is separate from our house with its own entrance. Basic items are provided i.e. Milk, Tea & Coffee etc. Free parking during your stay. Airport transfers available. We are in a rural location so a car may be needed. If you would like to book the night before your wedding, please contact me to confirm the details. IMPORTANT NOTE: Any anti-sociable behaviour or taking any illegal substances by any member of your group, you will all be dismissed from the property and no refunds given.

Perfect to explore the Chilterns/Grand Union canal/the Harry Potter Experience. Egyptian cotton sheets, fluffy gowns, SMART TV, tea/coffee making facilities. Fridge and microwave on request. It's a 5 min walk to Finsbury Park Station with it's amazing transport links to the city centre and beyond. 2 stops (5 mins) to Kings Cross St Pancras, 10 mins to Oxford Circus and 15 mins to Covent Garden. The area has lots of friendly neighborhood cafes, bars, restaurants, parks and a farmers market to explore.

We are surrounded by lovely Hertfordshire countryside with access to our huge garden with its park like setting and rural views. Easy access onto A10 at Standon, walking distance to Standon Calling, 4.5 miles to Ware and trains to London. 30 mins to Stansted. 40 mins drive to Cambridge. Good place for cycling and walks
