Ellson House provides a unique country feel with all the conveniences and comforts for a perfect stay. Walk to town and choose from a vast selection of Hotels,Cafes and Restaurants or stay in for a BBQ and a glass of wine on the verandah. Coach pick up for concerts and events at the end of the street. The perfect home for a well deserved break in the Hunter Valley.

Fairy Cottage

Fairy cottage is a self contained unit set overlooking our fairy garden. The cottage consists of 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa bed in the lounge room. There’s 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The front porch has a swing seat overlooking the fairy garden. Feel free to wander around the property excluding our home and back yard. Approximately 5 mins to local vineyards ,20 mins to Pokolbin. Lots of local pub’s and restaurants nearby too most with a courtesy bus. Just a lovely spot

Hunter Valley, Vintage Resort home "The Fairways"

Summer 3 night Special (Dec - April) Book Friday, Saturday & Sunday and request a free night (Thur or Mon). Golf course frontage, spacious modern home with private gas heated pool. 4 large bedrooms (sleep 8) all ensuited & spar bath, walk in robes, child friendly (cot), all linen included and pool towels. Open plan living, media room, plasma TV’s Foxtel, Internet. Relax in the outdoor covered entertaining area with BBQ, enjoy the local wines and produce as the sun sets. Locked double garage.

Murray cottage

Murray is a two-bedroom cottage with two queen beds. It has beautiful views of neighbouring vineyards, and is quiet and peaceful. For weekend bookings, a minimum of two guests is required. The cottage is five minutes drive from Hunter Valley galleries and major wineries and restaurants, and less than two hours from Sydney. The cottage is kept meticulously clean by our long-term housekeeper, who uses alcohol-based cleaning agents. Generous, reduced rates are available for week-long stays.

Hunter Valley Eighth Hole Rest

Newly renovated, heritage listed colonial style house directly backing on to Branxton Golf Course with lovely views over the 8th green. House features polished floorboards, leather couches, a great deck overlooking the golf course, ducted air conditioning, large screen tv, and combustion fireplace. 11 minutes to Hunter Valley wineries, restaurants and Golf Courses. Close to the centre of Branxton - one block to pub, shops and supermarket. Convenient pick up point for Hunter Valley events.

This is a newly built house about 8 minutes walk to heart of town and a ten minute drive to the vineyards. Most tours will pick you up from the house. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms one being an en-suite all queen beds with professional hotel linen service for extra quality Spend a day touring the vineyards then sampling wines in the outdoor spa. Please remember this is a suburban area so no loud music or party’s. Due to previous problems I will be unlikely to allow groups in their 20s

Enjoy the easy proximity to the Hunter Valley Vineyards while being close to the heart of Cessnock. Wollombi is an easy drive too from this location. Your accommodation is in a "Nissen Hut" which have quite the history. If you want something that's quirky and/or a little different, then look no further than "Nomads' Nest". Two bedrooms available for guests (the 3rd bedroom is not part of the booking and is locked). New kitchen and bathroom with plenty of parking and large backyard
