The property is bounded on 3 sides by the Au Sable State Forest. Situated in a relatively remote portion of the lower peninsula, guests are virtually assured a tranquil stay. We offer 2 kayaks to use (must transport) cornhole boards & bags, trail riding your UTV/ORV, hiking, rafting at Jordan Valley Outfitter, snowmobiling. & many fine dining restaurants, several ski resorts and short day trips! Located on the North Branch of the AuSable River in Lovells Township known for the best trout fly fishing, you will enjoy this small peace of heaven. There are 4 cabins located approximately 20 feet from the river. A great place for small families, hunters, snowmobilers, side by sides and of course fly fishing. Originally built in 1951 to accommodate the workers of the logging industry, Lovells Riverside Cabins continue to thrive. Across the river is the Lovells Riverside Tavern

Unique Woods Retreat ~ Quiet place in Nature

Our cabin in the woods is a quiet refuge, not a party place. Built with many unique features: log cabin room with vaulted ceiling, log walls in kitchenette/upstairs small dinette seating area and log wall in sunroom. Carriage style Barn doors, from grandparents old chicken coop. The metal stair railing designed & laser cut with pine trees. Downstairs walkout basement has concrete log beams & posts, as well as some concrete tree branches. Trails are for quiet travel only, no motors.

Rustic Log Cabin known as the Snowshoe Cabin

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place in the north woods. Cabin has 2 twin size beds in the loft and a full size bed on main floor. Includes Kitchen table and chairs and a kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster and a crockpot. There is a bathhouse on site with hot showers and bathrooms. Close to ATV/Snowmobile Trails and you can ride from your site. You will need to provide your own bedding, pillows, towels, cooking utensils and shower items
