Storybook Cottage is sweet lil' stone home tailored to meet the needs for all, but especially mid and longer term guests. At 924sqft, it's not too big, but with three bedrooms that sleep 6, it's not too small either. We like to say it's "just right" especially with all its 1929 charm! Fully stocked kitchen w/full size appliances. Washer/dryer, all utilities, high speed wifi included. This cozy home is located in a quiet, neighborhood. 5 min to UIC, 5-15 minutes to hospitals & Woodward campus's.

We milk around 100 goats with baby goats born February through June. In the summer months you'll find homegrown, fresh produce on our roadside stand.
