The large airy living room has a custom built window seat wrapped around a large bay window where you can relax and soak in the ever changing sea views as well as high ceilings and wonderful homely feel. The England coastal path runs within 150 yards of the property perfect for walkers.

Perfect spot to recharge, connect with nature, relax and enjoy peace and quiet. Central heating, double glazing, a perfect home away from home. Caravan is on cliff above beach and rocks giving interesting ever changing views. Wake to birdsong, sunrise, spend the day watching in the hope of spotting dolphins and the evening winding down to the sounds of the sea and colours of the sunset. Newbiggin-by-the-Sea golf club next door, sheltered bay with prom, maritime centre and cafes very close by.

Come and relax, chill in my comfortable, cosy ground floor, one bed flat. Waking up each morning and having easy access to our stunning costline and scenery. Although there is no outdoor space at my home, there is the beautiful newly refurbished North Marine Park, which is literally over the road and five minutes walk to the stunning beach, with fabulous views of the pier's where you can sit and watch ships, liners and yachts sailing on the river Tyne with Tynemouth Priory in the distance.

Beautiful static, sea view, dolphins and seals

Located at Church Point Holiday Park in Northumberland, this static caravan is almost new. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and an ensuite WC off the main bedroom. Beachside, fisherman’s cottage with uninterrupted and endless sea views. Located in the old smugglers village of Boulmer. Perfect for active family holidays and just a stone throw from the popular ‘Fishing Boat Inn’ . The ideal location for heavenly coastal walks to traditional pubs serving the local sea food.
