City bus system close by, St Charles Streetcar within walking distance and only $7-$9 by Uber or Lyft into the center of the city. Parking outside right in front of the house. (Of course, on occasion, you may have to park a couple spots away, however it's rarely a problem to park right in front). Many restaurants and bars nearby. Bathroom features custom shower with body sprays. Separate outdoor laundry room.

Circa 1834 brick row house with a ground floor suite with newly renovated full bathroom, small kitchen. It has a private street entrance and courtyard access. We are two blocks from the Convention Center. Please note we are not on a quiet corner in the Crescent city, during working weekdays it’s busy. Nights and weekends however are restful and relaxing. If any city noise is an issue for you though we suggest staying somewhere else.

Farmhouse Cottage | Centrally Located + Streetcars

Super cute two story cottage tucked back behind the “main house.” Downstairs is the kitchen and living area as well as a half bath and the laundry closet. Upstairs is the full bathroom and both bedrooms. Enjoy a seat on the upper balcony or hang out on the brick patio below. Please note: there is a 24-hour bar next door. It does get loud at night. I have a sound machine to help drown the noise if any guests find it bothersome.
