Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Tucked away in the very heart of the picturesque city of Wells, just moments from the High Street, Cathedral & Bishop's Palace. The Hidey Hole is a charming one bedroom cottage, accessed via a pretty central courtyard. Recently renovated with love, this 17th Century house has modern features in a traditional build. With gorgeous walls made of stone, the attention to detail creates a wonderful environment, whether it be cosiness or relaxation you wish for, or even a little dinner party! Lower Godney is a charming community in the Somerset levels. Fields and farm animals a plenty, we are also lucky enough to be surrounded by nature & bird reserves. It goes without saying the walking and biking is heavenly!

Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Easy access to Cheddar Gorge with its staggering caves, Glastonbury Tor and Abbey rich in myth and legend and Wells with its magnificent Cathedral and Bishops Palace.

The Piggery at Cradlebridge Farm

We are pleased to offer our refurbished conversion which in its previous life was an open barn, pig sty and engine house. It has been updated to provide a comfortable setting suitable for a relaxing getaway. Guests have their own entrance hall, large sitting room with wood burner, snug, dining room, and fully fitted kitchen. Spacious bedroom with shower room. There is a private outside seating area and garden, but you may choose to explore the open countryside which is all around.

The Reel Cinema Experience

A revolutionary home cinema experience built from a passion for films and sound. If you think your local cinema is good then boy have I got a treat for you! You get the full immersive surround sound 'reference' (top of the range) system, full gaming experience including PS4, Disney+, Netflix, Spotify, Youtube, Sky to browse to your hearts content, your own personal garden with a BBQ, a super king size sleigh bed, your own luxurious shower, slipper bath, and toilet.

The Coach House

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful location in beautiful Somerset. The Coach House is a recently converted barn located in the quiet hamlet of Burcott just a mile from the Cathedral City of Wells, at the foot of the Mendip Hills. It is the perfect base to explore the county of Somerset with Glastonbury Tor, Wookey Hole Caves and Cheddar Gorge all within 20 minutes drive. There are 2 village pubs, a cafe and grocery shop all just a 15 minute walk away.

Haystore- Luxury Railway Carriage with Hot Tub

Enjoy the peaceful setting of this romantic spot in nature. Located in a private garden on our family farm on the Somerset levels. The carriage has been hand built and reclaimed from an old Devon railway carriage into a luxury self contained space - perfect for romantic breaks in nature. Wi-Fi, cedar clad electric Hot tub, log fire & star gazing. We also have our own little shop selling soft and alcoholic drinks, home made candles, sloe gin and playing cards
