Welcome to the Potter Highlands!! We are so excited to welcome travelers to our brand new studio apartment in the heart of one of Denver's thriving historic districts. Our private cottage style apartment was completed in late 2018 and was designed to be a comfortable, calm get away in the heart of our busy and growing city. It is walking distance from fantastic restaurants, parks, and historical sites. It is a quick 5 minute drive (or 20 minute walk) into the heart of downtown Denver.

Center of Lohi Fun

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. This space is very much about Colorado. We've added touches from the local area that exemplify our state. This is a basement suite in our home with private entry and all private spaces. We are two blocks from restaurants, breweries, and the entertainment of LoHi. We do have a lively family above the unit and there may be noise at 7 am. However, bedtime/quiet time begins at 8pm. Thank you for your consideration when booking.

Private bedroom with separate entrance/exit made to have a hotel feel. Queen-size bed, reading corner, walk-in closet, coffee maker, microwave, plates, silverware, glasses and mini-fridge all in the space. Towels, hair dryer and bath products are also provided. A half mile from I-70, which takes you to the mountains (Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail, etc.). Less than a 10-minute drive or 20-minute walk to Downtown Denver, Coors Field, Broncos stadium & Union Station.

Enjoy a short (or long!) stay at my guest suite in Sloan's Lake. Whether in town for work, a concert, or just a quick get-away, you'll find everything you need in this guest suite w/ kitchenette. Empower Field (Mile High) is a 7 minute walk, Sloan's Lake is a 15 minute walk, and downtown Denver is a 5 to 10 minute Uber or Lyft. I live a quiet life in the upstairs of the house with my dog so will be around in the event you need anything!
