The Nest, a completely self contained studio

You’ll love our place because of the comfy bed and the cosiness. It is a perfect place for one or two people with new, attractive facilities. It is a completely self contained studio on the lower level of the house with its own bathroom. If you need more space, check if Bird Song, the separate apartment next door, is available. There is a toaster, jug and mircrowave for breakfast and small meals. An iron and ironing board are available on request. You can go walking in the hills if you like.

The apartment is a well-appointed one-bedroom unit that is perfect for an overnight stay, work or if you are in Wellington for an event. Close to the Central Business area with an abundance of eateries, shops and entertainment nearby. The check-in process is easy, check-in anytime when you arrive. Please note the apartment does not come with a car park. You are able to park on the street outside the building - Paid parking $5/hour 8am -8pm. Free parking 8:pm to 8am. $2.50/hour weekends.

The location is in a residential area with wonderful mountain and valley views with the Wellington central visible beyond. but the place is close to CDB and only a 10-minute drive away. The room is tucked away behind, not along the road, so it is a safe and quiet place to stay. In the seasons, You will aware of beautiful birdsong when you wake up in the morning. Also It is an ideal location for a stopover at the ferry port from north to south or for a short stay during a journey.

Fully furnished apartment just off SH1 with easy access to Wellington's city centre, the ferry and Sky stadium. A perfect stop off on the way to a game, a concert or to hop on the ferry.
