Our modern inner-city free-standing townhouse is a stone's throw to Tinakori Village - good food and coffee. A few steps further take you to the Gardens - or downhill to Parliament, the Terrace and Lambton Quay. Slightly further takes you to the City-Sea Walkway, on to TePapa our national museum, Galleries and Oriental Bay. If you're travelling with children the 3 level house is more suited to older children. The staircase is steep so care needs to be taken using this.

2 bedroom home, small, quiet and close to city

Small (75sqm) unit in very quiet neighbourhood available. Close to Ngaio train station, this cosy home is only 10 minutes into the central train station and Wellington Regional Stadium. We understand the new GST policy was implemented since April 2024 for all New Zealand Airbnb. This means our guests will have to pay 15% GST on top of the costs.
