This modern, luxurious cottage is truly special. It is located in the Tawnawully mountains by Lough Eske. It is set on 12 acres with a river running through it and a tumbling waterfall right by the cottage. Only 15 minutes drive to Donegal town, which has some really nice restaurants and bars. There is a castle to explore in the town and a wonderful craft village with a very good cafe. Ten minutes drive to Harveys Point and twelve minutes from Lough Eske castle, both reputable 5 * hotels.

Self contained loft 1 bed sleeps up to 6 people upstairs is open planned, 1 double, 2 single & pullout mattress. Down stairs seating area with full kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer, also shower-room. On request theres a choice of private king size bed en-suite with bathtub/shower. Outside sheltered sitting/eating area. Hot tub is added extra payable on arrival. kayaks available for hire with buoyancy aids, all persons must be swimmers. The Hobbit House - Unique Quirky Grass Roof House

The Hobbit House is set within an orchard along side 3 yurts. Its grass roof and quirky round door entrance are reminiscent of The Hobbit. The Hobbit House sleeps up to 6. There are two handcrafted King size beds (which can also sleep as four singles) for a friends getaway. It also sleeps two singles, so is perfect for large families. A travel cot can also be provided on request. Private dry composting toilet and hot outdoor shower for those staying in The Hobbit House.
