Springer Lodge (Valley Lodge 12)

We hope the pictures will do most of the talking, however below is a short description of what to expect from Springer Lodge. The Lodge is presented over two floors. The ground floor consists of 1 Double en-suite bedroom, 1 Family room (1 double 1 single bed), 1 twin room, a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom and a shower room. The double bedroom leads out onto the lower patio area. Upstairs, there's a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining area, living room with freeview TV and DVD player, and an outdoor balcony area looking out towards the woods. There's also an upstairs stairgate and a highchair for the little ones. Bed linen and towels are provided. Free Wi-Fi and free access to the on-site facilities (Gym, pools and games room) is also provided for all guests. We welcome two well-behaved dogs, although please bring suitable bedding for your pets as they are not permitted on the furniture or bedding.

Dartmoor Den perfect location for Moor exploring

Situated in Dartmoor national park with beautiful views from this detached, self-contained annex with private patio, garden, bike store and parking. The Dartmoor Den is a charming, newly converted annex that offers self catering accommodation in the quiet hamlet of Grenofen. Downstairs is open plan with a fully equipped new kitchen and cosy living/dining area, cloakroom/toilet and private garden. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with views across Dartmoor and an en-suite bathroom/wet room.

Character cottage in the Tamar Valley, Devon

A very special place to stay on the Bere Peninsula, Devon. This refurbished traditional slate-hung 'one-up-one-down' former silver miner's cottage was built in the 1800s. Set in the Tamar Valley National Landscape and Cornwall and West Devon Mining Landscape World Heritage Site, with views of Cornwall and shared use of our quarter acre garden. The newly renovated Cider Barn offers a perfect, secluded retreat for two. Relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings right outside your window or use the barn as a base to explore Devon & Cornwall.

The Potting Shed

Amazing views and enjoy the sounds of nature in The Potting Shed in this unique place, situated on the Cornish side of the Tamar Valley , which is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and has spectacular views towards Dartmoor and Bodmin. Fantastic base for walkers, riders and outstanding beaches on both the North and south coast, can be reached within 40mins. Your own parking space and lawn and Patio in front of the property. Apple Loft in the Tamar Valley

The Apple Loft is an light and open barn conversion for two , looking out over the idyllic countryside of Latchley and the Tamar Valley. Our guests love the stillness, the space and the beauty of the rural location. Dog and Baby friendly it is perfectly situated for exploring Devon and Cornwall, and close to Tavistock, Dartmoor, Plymouth and the coasts. The Apple Loft is close to the Tamara Coast to Coast Way, a trail that runs all the way along the river Tamar from North to South Coasts.

Cosy Hares lodge in the Tamar Valley

Hares Lodge is situated at the bottom of our farm road, giving uninterrupted views down the Tamar Valley and the river Tamar and on to Plymouth Sound. We are near the historic town of Tavistock, national trust house Cotehele, and of course Dartmoor National park which can be seen from the Lodge. We are five minutes away, by car, from the village train station which takes you into the historic maritime town of Plymouth. The Eden project is 1.5 hours away, and the beaches 30 minutes away.

Micro Barn Conversion - Hot Tub - Dog Friendly

This adorable barn was converted by my dad and I, using as many upcycled materials as possible. Where we couldn't use recycled materials we sourced locally ( All the timber was processed 5 minutes away!) The Barn comes with its own enclosed south facing garden and personal vegetable patch you can harvest from! We are located 334m above sea level in the Tamar Valley and within walking distance to Kit Hill Country Park. The views from the barn are incredible especially at sun rise!

Meneghy (Lower Vean)

Our mobile home is set on our smallholding which sits in the Tamar Valley it is an area of outstanding natural beauty. There are lovely walks and amazing views. There is also a lovely village pub The White hart which also serves good food. We are half an hour away from Plymouth ideal for shopping and many attractions Tavistock is a beautiful old market town only 15 minutes drive The Tamar Trails centre has lots of out door fun things to-do as well as lovely walks

The Annex
