Central Knutsford

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac just 150m from the heart of the historic market town of Knutsford and 650m from the gates of Tatton Park. Originally constructed in the early 1800’s to accommodate officers working at the neighbouring Knutsford Courthouse. Catering for up to 6 guests, the house has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge. Upstairs the master has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has a double bed, third bedroom has bunkbeds and they share a shower room.

The Barn is a wonderfully calm space with original A frame beams and spiral staircase. The owners live in a thatched house on the same site but The Barn is totally private. We are on the A50 which is a main road between Knutsford and Holmes Chapel and is very convenient for M6 and M56 . This is a self contained, ground floor room with en-suite shower room, kitchenette and private entrance. Key safe for quick and easy self check-in. This is a newly refurbished space, with a large window and blind which makes it very light and bright but with privacy. There is a double bed with storage drawers under, a walk in storage area with hanging rail, wall mounted TV and wall mounted drop down table and foldaway chairs which make a useful eating/ work space. This lovely little house with dedicated parking is located a ten minute walk from the attractive centre of Knutsford with its numerous bars and restaurants, Tatton Park national trust property and Knutsford mainline railway station. Many event venues are within a short distance , as is junction 19 of the M6. Manchester airport is a 25min drive away. Many of our quests have described the little house as ‘sparkling clean, quirky, comfortable and well designed’.
