Our architecturally designed little home by award winning architect, Anna-Marie Chin is nestled against beautiful exposed schist rock in a stunning landscape. There are 3 acres of land to roam on and the views from the land are stunning! The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. The Queenstown trail is right outside your door so it is a fabulous location for walking and biking. Come and stay and see for yourself!

We offer a full kitchen with gas cooktop, open concept full bathroom, washer, own external access, Wifi and apple TV with Netflix. Airport is a 5 minute drive, food/shops are a 2 min drive away and we are only 10-15 min from downtown Queenstown. Take yourself away from the madness of downtown and settle in at our place in Shotover Country.

Henrietta's Hut

Henrietta's Hut is a delightfully whimsical, traditional styled Shepherds Hut, named after a previous owner of our Heritage Property where the wagon now resides. Henrietta, once lived at this very address and grew lavender and flowers in the garden to make soaps and lotions. Conveniently located between Queenstown & Arrowtown, this is the perfect base to retreat back too after exploring everything the adventure capital of the world has on offer.

Garden Studio

A self contained studio with queen sized bed, living area, kitchen & ensuite. A new build, this is a warm and cosy space in a private garden setting with spectacular mountain views and easy access to walks and trails in the Lower Shotover area. We are located 5 minutes from bus stop and a leisurely 10 min stroll to shops (supermarket, restaurants, cafes, etc). Hosts live on site and are happy to share their local knowledge.

Cozy Retreat With Ensuite & Private Entrance

Kia Ora Private ensuite room with separate entrance located in Shotover Country. => 8 mins to the Airport => 3 mins to Queenstown Central five mile =>15 mins to Queenstown CBD => 3 mins walk to bus stop Conveniently located to many amenities and close to bus stop. Super easy access to both Remarkable and Coronet Peak ski-fields This retreat is attached to the main house but is private with no access to the main house.

Fully Contained Studio (sleeps 3) & Spa Pool

This unit has been set up for your comfort & leisure! You will find everything you need in this private space (with washing machine)! Enjoy use of the Spa Pool located near your unit, & your own access to your stand alone accommodation. Ideal for that much needed get away, or a place to relax after a busy day of activities. Take a bus, taxi/uber into town, or easily drive to the CBD just 20 minutes away.

Myles of Comfort

We invite you share in our comfortable studio apartment on Myles way, Shotover Country. This room is designed with vintage comforts in mind. You have your own private room which has its own access that is detached from our family home. The room includes a bathroom, fridge, tea &coffee facilities, toaster and a dining table and unlimited WiFi – this space has enough room to swing a cat!

Completely private with own entrance to the room, en-suite and many extras to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Situated in sunny, peaceful Frankton with off street parking.
