Ca Xuacu, La antojana

Ca Xuacu is a set of four rural apartment in Asturias, one of them is "La Antojana". We have a near beach (400 m away), private parking, internet access, garden of 4000m2 and Paddle court. History of Ca Xuacu. In the end of XVIII century a country family establish in this land. They had some money saved from their years of work in Cuba and Latin America, with this money they built a very grand looking country house. It had stable in the first floor and people lived and met in the second floor, this structure show the great economy of this family in this times, they had a high status house. In the 1900, the new west wing was constructed. They built a new kitchen and new living room bigger than the old living room. Also in this time they construct a "panera" (typical Asturian construction), under it, they had a forge and later a stable for little animals (rabbits, chickens...) In 2000 Jose Luis, recognizing the value of this construction, starts the reconstruction to build the four apartments. All the process was made with hard work and keeping the original style of the construction. He works with stone and wood as first materials. Five years before he started, in 2005, the apartments was opened. Now, people that spend their vacations in Ca Xuacu are numerous, and all of them have share experiences with us. CASINA VEGA en Puerto de Vega (Asturias)

Casa entera de 3 plantas en Puerto de Vega, un pueblo pesquero con encanto en el Occidente Asturiano. La casa, ideal para familias y totalmente equipada con Wifi, televisión, calefacción, entrada por código y petfriendly. En la planta baja esta la zona de día con salón, comedor y cocina todo en un único espacio. En la segunda planta están las 2 habitaciones dobles, una de ellas en suite y el otro baño. Arriba, abuhardillada la tercera habitación con dos camas individuales y vistas al mar.

Sus estancias, cálidas y acogedoras, ofrecen al cliente instalaciones y mobiliario de vanguardia con: Dormitorio con cama de 180 cm, TV con canales nacionales ,Salón con sofá-cama de 135 cm, TV ; baño amplio ,cocina americana totalmente equipada(frigorífico),microondas, placa de Inducción, cafetera, exprimidor ,tostador, menaje básico.

Peñanora es un palacete indiano a las afueras de Oviedo (5min). Esta situada frente al Rio Nora. Tiene unos espacios que os permitirán estar en pleno contacto con la naturaleza, una zona de abetos y magnolios centenarios, los frutales y la zona de la barbacoa cubierta. Nos gustaría compartir con todos vosotros este sitio tan especial y acogedor para familias numerosas o escapadas de amigos. Estamos empezando e intentaremos que nos os falte de nada.

Cosy cottage in Asturias

This place will give you the opportunity of hiking, climbing, riding bicycles in an awesome area of Asturias. 30 km far from Oviedo (the capital city of Asturias) and 55 km far from the nearest beach in Gijón. The house is placed in a privileged spot for the sighting of wild fauna such as the brown bear and during the months of September and October contemplate the bellowing of the deers.

Cottage on the coast and Way of St James

Two-storey house with garden built in 1835 next to the Camino de Santiago. Situated 1 km distance from the sea with nice mountain views. Fully renovated with modern bathroom and kitchen, but retains the original stone walls and wooden beams. New mattresses bought in fall 2023.
