This private guest suite is nestled in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to a small, yet serene, ornamental lake. The Villa is only a half a mile from Loop 289 and is a quick, convenient drive to anywhere in Lubbock. Texas Tech, Covenant Medical Center, and UMC are minutes away and many restaurants are available within a mile of the villa. Guests will enjoy a relaxing stay with a private balcony along with a newly remodeled kitchenette and bathroom. A park with paved walking trail is one block away.

In the evening time head out to enjoy the best local restaurants, night life, breweries or catch a TTU game (only 1.5 miles away.) From business trips, to just a weekend away, Clyde is the perfect place to stay!

For the Love of Lubbock - Tech Terrace

Here, you have all you need for a true Lubbock experience in the famous Tech Terrace neighborhood next to Texas Tech University. Lubbock’s best local pizza, coffee, and beer are all only one block away at J&B Coffee, Capital Pizza, and Good Line Brewery! Or you can stay home with a huge backyard, pergola, fire pit, beautiful furnishings, & even toys for the littles. It's excellent for families, groups, or just a taste of the best Lubbock has to offer. We LOVE Lubbock, and you soon will too!

The Mission Belle

This Spanish revival home is located in Lubbock’s historic district just two blocks from Texas Tech. You will be walking distance from football, basketball, and baseball games as well as graduations and other University events. Enjoy outdoor spaces on the large front patio or the brick patio in the back with a grill. We have lovingly restored this nearly 100 year old home and kept as many of its original features as possible- including the windows and the cast iron kitchen sink and bathtub!

Boston Blue

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located home. Just 3 blocks from local favorites Brûlée Bakery, Good Line Brewery, Capital Pizza and J&B Coffee, and only 10 blocks from TTU. Enjoy this private and stylish 1 bedroom home which boast a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath. The entire home was remodeled in late 2021. Have your morning coffee or an evening cocktail in your private courtyard. Your parking is also taken care of with two spaces right at your front door.

This unique gem you will be staying in holds my heart. This little guest home was built primarily by me, and I'm excited to open the doors for your visit. This is a studio home; the bed, living area, eating area, and kitchen all share the same space. I love the bathroom, primarily for its large bath tub. The Little House is nestled in a quiet and kind neighborhood, and it's conveniently located near several restaurants, grocery stores, a bus line to Texas Tech, the loop, and more!

College View Casita

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located in Tech Terrace. Enjoy the convenience of this location near Texas Tech and all it has to offer. There are plenty of towels and extra linens available. Stackable washer and dryer. Down a few blocks is the Plaza Shopping Center. Home to J&B Coffee, a neighborhood coffee shop since 1979, Capital Pizza, 360 Medical Spa, and Food King grocery store. I have a camera on the front door monitoring the driveway.

It is 12 minutes from Texas Tech and 9 minutes from LCU. There is a full supermarket 6 minutes away. Convenience store 2 miles away. Levelland is 20 miles away and Shallowater is 8 miles away.
