"Hunter's Ridge" is one of 12 cabins my husband and I purchased in 1997. It is a small 3-room log cabin with a private, queen bedroom. The living area has a futon sofa bed and a small loft with a mattress. There are complimentary kayaks & canoes to navigate the islands and free bicycles for the wooded hiking trail. There is a kitchenette with the essentials. There is a brass hand-pump toilet and wooden tub with only a shower head to rinse off. There is a 2-person hot tub overlooking the river.

Smaller private cottage located in a park like setting on the water. Ideal for a couple's get-away. This is a one room 16'X20' studio apartment which includes a separate bathroom and two sleeper sofas that pull out into double sized beds and double mattresses for comfort. The entire cottage has been remodeled and features a new kitchen and a new bath. You'll have free use of 2 kayaks and a canoe, along with life preservers and paddles. There are six kayaks shared between 3 cottages.

The cottage is attached to a marina office/coffee shop. The cottage has a nice vibe somewhere between fishing and mid-century modern. The house has a fenced-in yard, including a dining table, seating area, hot tub, grill, and playhouse.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. There are plenty of places to eat within a 10 minute drive. The downtown city center is less than a 15 minute drive. Maumee Bay State Park is less than a 30 minute drive. If you don't want to leave, there is a treadmill, a pool table, and a fire pit all on the premises. This house holds up to 4 people but fits 3 comfortably.
