Extremly relaxing destination. We are located in the top of the hill in a very quiet place, surrounded with pure nature. You can enjoy observing sun rises and sun sets, together with delicious local food & wine... and simply relax. Or, you can choose more active stay while exploring neighborhood walking on food paths all arround, cycling or running. Your stay will be very calm as your holidays should be. Also, our stay is just 15 min drive to Coast and city centres.

Completely new apartment, recently renovated (Dec 2022), located in the center of Trieste (13 minutes walk from Piazza Unità), designed with style. The apartment is located in Via Gabiele Foschiatti. it is a pedestrian area, where you can find restaurants, bars, wine bars and small shops. The property is located on the third floor of a historic Trieste building equipped with a lift without architectural barriers. Very sunny, comfortable and welcoming.

Very calm environment and mild climate, perfect for rest, relaxation or active holidays. Situated in a secluded location on top of a hill, around idyllic scattered houses. Apartment house is completely new, renovated in September 2019. Enjoy the lovely balcony with a tub for relaxing while watching the sunset over the bay. The amazing view spans over the whole Piran bay - from saltpans Savudrija to Bernardin, Portorož.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!

Santo Stefano apartment is located in the private building on great location in Piran. Just steps away from beach, Tartini square and right next to the second largest town square “1. Maj” where you can find great restaurants. Apartment is fully renovated with perseverance of old town charm. You have one separate bedroom, living room with sofa bed , fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Facilities are keys free.

Ideal property rental situated in the hillside neighborhood overlooking the Adriatic Sea to the Croatian coast, the house is close to everything. The house has two apartments each with magnificent views of the sea, private terraces and a shared pool & garden area. Both apartments can be rented for family & friend reunions.
