Exceptionally clean and has every thing you need for a short weekend or an extended stay. Eff has full size kitchen and washer and dryer. It has two seating areas outside, one is covered and one under the stars and ambience lights around firepit. There is two grills provided, one gas and one charcoal to suit you. This apt has code pad entrance

It's well-stocked with everything you could need including high-speed internet. It has super quick access to all restaurants / shopping & other city amenities. If you need a date that is blocked / longer or a shorter stay - just ask. We sometimes block dates for repeat guests and friends that may change.

Cottage Guest House Extended Stay, entire house

Private Cozy Cottage with full kitchen, bathroom, W/D in unit, living area, fenced in back porch & grill. Cottage is in city of Lufkin and close to shopping, dinning, medical facilities and churches. Great location close enough to everything. This is a separate Guest House on same property with our home. You have complete privacy. If you need dates that are blocked, or shorter stays please ask. We block dates for repeat Guest, Family, Friends.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home with a large yard and patio deck. It is secluded with the cover of huge live oak trees and bordering plants. Along with great views, we have a country feel, only 6 miles from town. We are located near Lufkin, Nacogdoches and Lake Sam Rayburn. Enjoy the stocked pond, grill, firepit, and gazebo.
