Raffinato e curato appartamento direttamente sul lago. Appartamento ideale due persone. L’appartamento ha due piani, al piano terra oltre che il salotto troviamo l’uscita diretta sulla spiaggia pubblica. Completamente rinnovato con complementi di alto standing. Parcheggio privato compreso nel prezzo. In 15 min si raggiunge Locarno e Ascona, in 20 min Bellinzona. In 5 minuti a piedi troviamo bar, ristoranti, bagno pubblico, campo da tennis. P.S. sopra il letto c’è un antico forno del pane☺️

Es ist eine kleine aber sehr gemütliche Wohnung. Der Schlafraum wird mit dem Wohnzimmer geteilt, dafür hat man von der Terrasse aus eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore und die Berge. Die liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung wird Ihnen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bereiten! Bei mir ist es so, dass jeder Gast am Ende der Ferien, die Wohnung selber reinigt und schön sauber hinterlässt, vielen Dank! Leider gibt es in San Nazzaro kein Lebensmittelgeschäft mehr!

Die Maisonettewohnung mit grosser Terrasse liegt in Gandria direkt am Ufer des Lago di Lugano. Die Sicht und der direkte Zugang zum See verzaubert zu jeder Jahreszeit. Die Wohnung besitzt einen eigenen Eingang mit direktem Zugang in die offene Küche und Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und Aussicht zum See. Bei schönem Wetter verweilen unsere Gäste auf der Terrasse zum See oder genießen den Schatten im Innenhof. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Blick zum See. Cafes und Restaurants sind nebenan.

Questo spazioso e raffinato appartamento cittadino con una terrazza da cui godere una stupenda vista sul verdeggiante Parco Villa Florida, si trova in una zona strategica a 10 minuti dal Lago, dal Centro Culturale LAC, dal Centro Storico, dalla Stazione e dall'autostrada (Como dista km 40 e Milano km 80). Ristoranti, musei e caffè sono raggiungibili a piedi o comodamente in bus grazie alla fermata che dista un paio di minuti.
