Idéal pour les familles, le gîte est intégré à notre maison mais totalement indépendant et vous offre des prestations de qualité. Beautiful flat of 110m2 with two bedrooms, a private garden, terrace and spacious veranda. It also has a large living room and a beautiful dining room/kitchen. The place is tastefully decorated. The view is panoramic on the lake and the mountains. The entrance to the A9 motorway is 3 minutes away. Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!

Appartement au bord du lac Léman, de petite taille mais tout refait a neuf, avec une piscine privée de l'immeuble, un parking privé pour une voiture, une plage privée au bord du lac, par contre il est nécessaire d'avoir un véhicule pour se déplacer, notamment pour aller en Suisse ( assez éloigné de l'aéroport de Genève ou de la ville de Lausanne, avec des bouchons fréquents). Les déplacements en transport en commun sont compliqués et peu développés.
