Villa Kala is renovated old stone house for 12 people in the center of the town Makarska. House is located in the main street, pedestrian zone, 50 m away from seaside and city's main square. Everything you need is few steps away from house - market, shops, restaurants,bakery.. This house contain 2 comfortably furnished apartments for 12 people. The house has separate entrance from the street into garden and open terrace with heated pool and outdoor fireplace, where you can enjoy day and night.

Ovaj studio apartman za dvoje se nalazi u blizini autobusnog kolodvora, 400 m od plaže, 500m od gradske luke i rive. U blizini su pekara (20m),supermarket (30m), restoran (15 m). Studio je na četvrtom katu zgrade s liftom. Okolo zgrade postoji besplatni javni parking. U krugu od 100 metara nalazi se dosta kafića i restorana.

The apartment is completely new and features a modern interior. The apartment has 1 bedroom, which has a double bed. In the living room, there is a couch which you can convert into a double bed. This apartment can accommodate 2-4 people. Downstairs, there is another self-contained apartment. (I have included it in another Airbnb listing.) The downstairs apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and one extra bed. If you reserve both apartments, they can accommodate a maximum of 9 people.
