All new kitchen. free parking in the neighborhood behind the building or across the street from the building not on the property. the apartment is on the 5th floor, there is no elevator. The bed might only fit one guest, but there is a very big cofy couch to sleep on if it's too small

Charmig stuga i allmogestil, i Sandnäset 700 m från Luleälven. Stugan har tre rum, sovrum med två sängar,allrum och ett litet men funktionellt kök. Liten men trivsam altan under tak finns med plats för bord och 2-3 stolar. Intill altanen finns dusch och wc.Du har stugan för dig själv! Badstrand finns på Sandnäsudden (ca 1 km). Modern river house, midnight sun, northern light!

This is a comfortable modern house in the nature overlooking a beautiful calm river Luleälv. Panorama windows, large terrace with views and lots of light. Calm beautiful area less than 1 hour from higher mountains and 10 minutes in car for shops. Very private perfect for nature excursions, kayak, skiing, cross country or slalom or just relaxing in the middle of the nature and enjoying wildlife and nature. It´s a dream from children and safe, also perfect for well behaved dogs.

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

Friluftshuset vid Snöberget

Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Njut av härlig natur runt husknuten. Ta ett dopp från bryggan, tänd den vedeldade bastun vid sjökanten. Ro en tur med båten. Laga mat över öppen eld. Besök havsbad, mysigt sommarkafé eller gårdsbutik i närheten under sommartid. Vintertid finns hundspann inte långt ifrån huset. Välkommen till villan vid havet. Huset har 4 sovrum. Sovrum 5 är ink. från 9 personer, det är en separat lägenhet i separat byggnad. Tveka inte att fråga. Njut av fantastisk natur, hav & norrskenspromenad på isen utan störande ljus från staden, ta en varm bastu eller varför inte ett bad efter promenaden. 16 min bil till Centrum Bussförbindelser är begränsade och bil rekommenderas. Vi uppskattar om ni lämnar huset i samma skick som när ni anlände❤️

House in prime location, with panorama view over the lake Djupträsket, attached to the river Kalixälven. Private beach with a sauna directly on the beach just a few steps from the main building. The main building of 75m2 is all refurbished with two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and a new bathroom. Large windows and a major outside terrace, offers you a breathtaking view through all seasons.

Liten lägenhet centralt i Luleå

Liten lägenhet centralt i Luleå med egen ingång, hall, badrum och sovrum. Det finns inte kök, men det finns en liten kyl, micro, vattenkokare och enklare husgeråd. Det finns gatuparkering precis utanför huset. Vi bor i lägenheten bredvid. Det är en innerdörr mellan lägenheterna men den är blockerad och bra isolerad så det är inte så lyhört mellan lägenheterna. Mysigt och prisvärt boende!

Nybyggt attefallshus med alla bekvämligheter

Nybyggt attefallshus 24m2 + loft med alla bekvämligheter 6.8 km från Luleå centrum. Till Luleå universitet är det bara 5,3 km. Huset ligger på Hällbacken i Luleås nya bostadsområde, nära naturen med fina motionsspår, 1 km till badstranden. Det finns sovplats till 4 personer, dubbelsäng (140) och madrasser på loftet. Parkeringsplats framför huset.

Gårdshus

Välkommen till ett trevligt och ombonat gårdshus med centralt läge – nära till stadens utbud men ändå beläget i ett lugnt och rofyllt kvarter. Vi som värdfamilj bor i huvudbyggnaden på samma tomt och vistas ofta ute på gården. En snäll hund rör sig också fritt på tomten. Vi finns gärna till hands om ni har frågor eller önskemål.
