Yurt camping in Doe Bay area

Relax in a spacious yurt on the side of Mount Pickett next to Moran State Park. Less than a five minute drive to Doe Bay Resort. Twelve miles past Eastsound on the Horseshoe Highway and 20 miles from the ferry landing. The yurt has an outdoor kitchen space with a camp stove and most of the utensils for preparing and serving food. There is an outdoor fire spot and a picnic table for outdoor relaxing and dining. There is also an outdoor shower and outhouse with a composting toilet.

Two-minute walk to the ferry dock for a visit to Lummi Island. This guest house is not directly on or facing the beach. However, when you walk about 50 feet, through the gate, on the side of and past the main house, you will be next to the beach and can watch the sunset over Lummi Bay on Gooseberry Point in relaxed Whatcom County.

Walk, bike, paddle, drop anchor, or roll up at our private beach, no bank waterfront house. Our house includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, 2 decks....and a privately owned beach with spectacular views of Mt. Baker and the Twin Sisters. The cabin has Wi-Fi internet access. NO PETS! Please be aware that during 2 weeks between April 18 - May 10, the car ferry is in dry-dock, so there is NO CAR ACCESS on/off the island. Foot Ferry Only
