Come relax and have some fun with everything Canyon point resort has to offer! This private all-season cottage is only a 3-minute walk to falls lake. You will have everything at your fingertips, including deeded access to a private beach, dock, and boat launch to use our 2 kayaks! The cottage is equipped with a lovely hot tub on the deck overlooking the property with two chair hammocks! Landscaped with a gorgeous fire pit area, another lounge hammock under the trees and a screened in gazebo.

Upstairs, a loft-style master with a king bed and private balcony awaits, while a queen bedroom is downstairs. Enjoy time around the fire pit, take in the views from the large deck equipped with patio furniture and a propane BBQ (propane included). Free Wi-Fi/Internet TV.
