The authentic Medieval House was built between 1250 and 1300. With more than 70 sq mt of interior space, plus a 20 of terrace. It is ideal for relaxing, in spacious indoor and outdoor areas while enjoying the car free Old village and its welcoming community. Recently renovated, the Architect preserved its historical value while incorporating all modern comforts. The house is in a prime location, just a few steps from the Cathedral, which overlooks the sea and offers breathtaking sunsets.

La casetta nel bosco è un'unica cameretta con il bagno fuori, a circa 30 m. Si trova nello stazzo Li Licciuleddi a pochi metri dalla casa principale, dove alloggio io e altri ospiti. È immersa in un bosco di lecci e circondata dalla natura. Ideale per chi cerca un luogo semplice e tranquillo. Dallo stazzo si raggiungono le spiagge del versante ovest in 20 minuti (Rena Majore, Rena di Matteu, Vignola...) e la maggior parte delle spiagge della Gallura in 30 minuti. IUN R6135

Summer house of 85 square meters directly in the marina of Porto Cervo, the hot spot on the Costa Smeralda. The house has 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. From the living room you have access to the terrace and garden with a view of the marina, which is equipped with a dining table and lounge area. From the terrace you have direct access to the exclusive harbor with its luxurious yachts. The piazza and the center of Porto Cervo are only 5 minutes away.
