The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

It has its imperfections, which come along with special atmosphere. There is a small beach right below the house, a campsite with a beach, picturesque trails minutes from the house. Blue cave is within a ride on a kayak for rent. Nearest markets are in 30 minutes drive. You need to have a car here.
