Funky Lutana Studio + Courtyard

The Funky Studio is architect-designed to cleverly use a small space, and built in 2018 to be a comfortable, colourful 'home away from home'. Over 200 guests have enjoyed our quality furniture, pure cotton linens a comfy mattress and private patio. We're 3 min to North Hobart, 5 to the CBD, and 10 MONA, so a car is ideal. Ubers to the city are $10-15. Buses run hourly and some have commuted to the city for work. We welcome all kinds of people and love to provide a place you’ll remember!

Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Guests will be provided with local food and a bottle wine for the first night of your stay.

This is a quiet, self-contained property that comes with its own private garden courtyard. The Moonah Hall is part of one of Hobart's earliest properties Everything is provided: including bikes, pick-your-own herbs, and in-season vegetables and fruit. A short taxi or bus ride to the city. We do have wifi. off street parking is available within the premises
