We offer a comfy queen bed & if there’s a 3rd occupant, a trundle bed is available. Separate entrance to suite. Located in a quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic. Close to USF, Busch Gardens, Lowry Zoo, & just 12 minutes to downtown. Finally, small dogs are welcome (extra fee applies, see house rules for details) (no cats).

Big renovation 2025! Peaceful dead end street with no traffic. Great highway access to the airport 23min, Busch Gardens/Adventure Island 24min, & Clearwater Beach 50min. This place is great for people moving to the area that need temporary housing, families, & people with nice dogs. Features a clean bright feel, fast wifi, and all the necessities. We also own a place at Indian Rock Beach, giving you free parking, with an ice cream shop on the walk to the beach. Garage available by request.

Key-pad entry, private parking. 1 king bed, 1 bath, queen sofa bed, washer/dryer, WiFi, smart TV’s, blackout curtains,shampoo,conditioner,hairdryer,WiFi. Fully stocked kitchen, smokeless grill, wine fridge upon request, k-cup/drip coffee machine. The lake has bass, we provide fishing poles/tackle box. Rentable Kayaks & Canoe. Dogs okay, sorry no cats, pet fee $50.

2 King Turtle Nest

We offer BAG DROP! Amazing value studio 3.5 miles from USF and 7 miles from Busch Gardens. Private entrance. The only studio with TWO KING beds in the area. The sofa is memory foam and opens up to California King. Outdoor space and off street parking for two vehicles. Unlike other studios, this unit also has its own on demand hot water source and it's own HVAC allow you to control your own room temp. Pets welcome with approval. Don't miss this amazing value stay.
