Aus einer alten Scheune entstand 2024 ein modernes ökologisches Ferienhaus, gelegen im Naturpark Obersauer im Norden Luxemburgs. Das Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Personen: eine Wohnküche mit großem Esstisch, 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, einer Terrasse und einem Balkon. Es entspricht den Leitlinien des barrierefreien Wohnens und Elektroautos können aufgeladen werden. 2 E-Mountainbikes stehen zum Verleih bereit. Das Ferienhaus ist mit dem EcoLabel in GOLD und bed+bike Label ausgezeichnet.

Nicely furnished studio located in Luxembourg(Neudorf/Cents) close to Kirchberg(7 min), airport (5 min), city center (10 Min). The studio is fitted with Private Kitchen, private bathroom, wi-fi etc. Several local bus stops, 2-minute walk from the property (bus stops:Kalchesbruck - Reno) Close to: Companies: KPMG; EY; Amazon, Ferrero and companies located in Kirchberg. Note that it is a private studio built inside an house which has common entrance with other guests sharing the house.

Central and cozy mini studio, located at the ground floor of a renovated house, very close to the city center(5 min by car, 15 min by foot and 8 min by bus) but as well to Kirchberg(5min by car, 15 min by foot and 7 min by bus) The studio fits the need of a short stay either for a business trip or a visit. Nice sized bed. Small dining area. A kitchenette. And a rack for hanging your clothes. Parking along the street is free from 6pm till 8am and during weekends. Otherwise 1€/hour, max 3h

Ce logement paisible, rénové en 2021, comprend 4 chambres, 1 salle de bains, 1 salle de douche et 1 grand séjour ouvert. Vous trouverez aussi une salle home cinéma et un espace babyfoot.  Deux terrasses privatives sont à votre disposition et dans le jardin partagé avec le propriétaire se trouve, un jacuzzi (de 9h à 20h00), une balançoire avec toboggan et un trampoline. Dans la maison voisine, une piscine intérieure partagée avec les propriétaires est disponible de 9h00 à 20h00.

Si vous souhaitez découvrir la région, vous pourrez faire de la randonnée dans les environs. La maison dispose d’un garage où vous pouvez garer vos 🏍 et 🚲. Le garage est trop petit pour une voiture.

Enjoy a stunning getaway in a modern furnished house in this centrally located accommodation. There are 4 rooms in total. Room 1 and 2 are the same size and are equipped with two single beds and share a bathroom. Room 3 has a double bed, a private bathroom and a private terrace. The 4th Room is the biggest with a double bed and a private bathroom.

Lonely House

Completely renovated former flagman's house situated on the international cycling trail "RAVEL" which leads from Troisvierges (Luxembourg) to Aachen (Germany), 125 km. The railway tracks were demolished and flooded. The house is now situated near a small stream, surrounded bay nature in complete quietness, far from any settlement.
