Up an outdoor flight of stairs, you’ll find Maya’s Nest. When my kids left the nest, I converted half of the property into a spa guesthouse with multiple views & outdoor sitting areas. It’s exterior is influenced by Brutalist Architecture, softened & hidden amongst soothing plants & trees that homes singing birds. Complimentary breakfast, drinking water, tea, coffee, snacks, toiletries, fibre WiFi & more. A place for solace where you can unwind in your own en suite tub and enjoy the cool breeze.

The Lake House at Caliraya

A private home approx. 2.5 hrs. from Metro Manila, surrounded by forests and runs entirely on solar power. Our house rate include: -hillside cabin accommodations for 12 guests -breakfast meal for 12 guests -use of kitchen, dining, lounge & pool areas -use of kayaks, SUPs, fishing rods & life vests Other fees: -additional guests Php2,250 per guest/night (for a max. total of 18 guests) -boat fees Php750 per transfer paid to boatman -parking fees Php200 per vehicle/night paid to parking attendant

An inspired project re-using a decades old 20’ shipping container to an industrial charming leisure accommodation. Breakfast included in rates. Bedroom is equipped with air-conditioning; pool, dining & living area are indoors w/o ACU but has ample ceiling & floor fans available.
