The apartment (renovated in 2018) is located on the 3rd floor of a 4-story building. The ancient house is more than 400 years old. The building is included in the world heritage of architectural monuments of UNESCO. The windows overlook a quiet courtyard (the noise from the square will not disturb you at night).

Дуже затишна квартира з великою бібліотекою, на першому поверсі радянської будівлі. Це реальна квартира мого татка, вченого у космічній галузі та неперевершеного гравця у шахмати. Зараз в квартирі замість дивану, ліжко. Також є великий балкон. В самому будинку супермаркет. Безкоштовна парковка навколо будинку. Центр міста - 15-20 хвилин на машині чи 30-40 хвилин автобусом. Не поселяю - 25, 31 грудня, 1 та 8 січня
