c The house is located in Fontanka - this is a very beautiful and conveniently located village. Nearby there is a huge shopping and entertainment center Riviera, which has cafes, restaurants, a cinema for 7 rooms, various boutiques of fashion brands, Auchan supermarket. Private house is located on the sea side, the beach is in less than 10 minutes walk. There are living room and two separate bedrooms. The house has all the necessary home appliances, 2 TVs, home cinema.

Каменный котедж. Состоит из спальни и кухни-студии. До 5-ти спальных мест. Капитальный ремонт был произведен в июле 2020г. Находится на не высокой скале , в 50-ти метрах от моря. Со всеми удобствами, полностью укомплектован новой мебелью и всем необходимым для жилья круглый год. Во дворе есть мангал, столики и шезлонги для отдыха, так же там может быть припаркован ваш автомобиль.

Квартира студия, современный дизайн, барная стойка, все необходимое к вашим услугам. Квартира находится на мансардном 6 этаже, 6 этажного дома балкон и лифт отсутствует. Близость железной дороги. На данный момент пляж Лузановка закрыт, но в 2 трамвайных остановках (7 минут езды) находится открытый пляж "Дом Павловых"

A separate guest house with all amenities. 10-12 minutes on foot to the sea . A sand beach. 10 minutes by bus to a large shopping center. 30-40 minutes by public transport to the center of Odessa .The price includes accommodation for 4 people. It is possible to add up 2-3 people for an additional fee.
